Career: Stepas has over 20 years experience coaching grade school, high school and professional teams'. His current responsibilities include organizing, scheduling and recruiting boys and girls for travel basketball leagues. Some of his most recent accomplishments include being head coach of Lituanica's 2009's AAU 16U national qualifier and a second place finish as head coach for a Lithuanian 2007 professional expansion team. Stepas is also the head coach of Lemont High School's Boy's Sophomore Basketball team.

Coach: Aurimas Matulevicius
Career: Aurimas has over 10 years coaching experience. Before joining Lituanica Aurimas coached professionally in Europe for two years, as well as played professionally for six. He currently coaches our 1st graders and 9-10th graders.

Career: Robertas joined the coaching staff in 2004. He played college basketball for Elmhurst College and also two seasons professionally in Europe.
